DeviantArt Stock Providers

In a lot of my art, I use images from stock sources, particularly in a Photo-Manipulation.  For me, for my needs, the best stock source is the DeviantArt Stock Providers.  As DA is an artistic community, the stock one can find is fantastic!   It seems geared towards art to start with.  Sometimes, it is difficult to determine what is art and what is stock. 

Each artist has their own TOU's which are almost always clearly marked.  Some only allow their stock to be used within DA, others don't mind outside use.  All of them require proper credit given.  Many require a note to the artist, a link to their site accompanying your finished piece, a link to your piece (so they can see how you used their stock), and/or  'Favorite-ing' the stock item.  Most of them don't want their stock used in any 'hurtful' manner.  Read each artists's terms.
